Artificial intelligence is changing how information spreads online. Deepfakes, fake news, bots, manipulated videos, conspiracy narratives, and emotional propaganda increasingly target young people through TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and other platforms.

Join this practical and interactive workshop to learn how to recognize manipulation, verify content, protect your thinking, and become digitally resilient.

Training duration: 2 hour 30 minutes

Target Group: Youth (14–30), students, young leaders, youth workers
Training Format: Interactive practical training- workshop with exercises, discussion, media examples, self-reflection

Training Description
Young people today are constantly exposed to AI-generated manipulation: fake news, deepfakes, emotional propaganda, bots, hate campaigns, conspiracy narratives, and algorithmic influence.

This practical workshop helps youth understand how AI-driven information warfare targets emotions, attention, identity, and thinking patterns. It also develops cognitive resilience — the ability to stay calm, think critically, question manipulation, resist emotional triggers, and make informed decisions online.

The training combines media literacy with psychological self-defense.
