Description: An international project focused on developing women’s leadership and integrating gender-sensitive approaches into health, safety, and education.
Organized by Femina ry (Finland) and Mācību centrs Komunālceltnieks (Latvia) under the Erasmus+ framework.
Participants will explore gender-sensitive leadership, digital education tools, and community-based safety initiatives through workshops and study visits.

2023
In 2023, Femina was actively engaged in significant work with young people.
Femina ry organised workshops focused on educating and empowering young people. Topics included gender equality, sustainable development, human rights, active participation and entrepreneurial skills.
Study tours abroad were organised with Femina’s international partners. Young people gained valuable knowledge and experience of different cultures and social perspectives during these trips.
An international youth conference on gender equality and advocacy was successfully organised in Helsinki and Norway.
