The aim of the workshops is to promote awareness among school children about deep-rooted gender inequality in the everyday social context and the stereotypes and prejudices that fuel it, and to create tools to reduce inequality. To promote the discussion about gender roles and stereotypes, which is necessary to find constructive solutions. To provide constructive knowledge and skills on gender equality and equal treatment in the education system to ensure early intervention in the entrenchment of prejudices and stereotypes.
Each parter is conducting a 3 local workshops for a group of young people up to 20 people, taking into account a needs and safety of the participants and sensetivity of the discussion. Workshop is providing a basic overview of the theme and not necessary follows proposed workshop agenda and selected methods and tools. Each event is planned in according with needs of target group.
