The Femina Entrepreneurship programme aims to advance women’s entrepreneurship and market participation in the Nordic-Baltic region, resulting in improved livelihoods and economic growth.

The programme works to create an enabling environment for women entrepreneurs to start and/or expand their businesses effectively.

Following a needs assessment, participants will benefit from a tailored programme, including specific training sessions with interactive exercises and discussions, networking events, personalised mentorship, and business-coaching schemes.
