Mission: Femina mission is to empower women, children, and youth by advancing education and providing essential services.

Development agenda:

  • Development Programmes: Implement mentoring, networking and skill-building programmes.
  • Creativity Enhancement: Offer drama and music lessons to foster creativity, self-confidence and communication skills among children, youth and elders.
  • Critical Thinking: Organise debates and discussions to help people develop critical thinking skills and express opinions respectfully and constructively.
  • Legal Guidance: Provide legal advice on topics such as Finnish legislation and family law.

Annual Action Plan:

    • Interviews: Conduct interviews with these NGOs to learn from their experiences and best practices.

      • Pair experienced women with aspiring entrepreneurs.
