For Organisation development management develops and executes development agenda. Additional to that we have an annual organisation action plan.

Mission: Femina mission is to empower women, children, and youth by advancing education and providing essential services.

Development agenda:

• Development Programmes: Implement mentoring, networking and skill-building programmes.
• Creativity Enhancement: Offer drama and music lessons to foster creativity, self-confidence and communication skills among children, youth and elders.
• Critical Thinking: Organise debates and discussions to help people develop critical thinking skills and express opinions respectfully and constructively.
• Legal Guidance: Provide legal advice on topics such as Finnish legislation and family law.

Annual Action Plan:

1. Background :
   • Femina ry aims to empower women, children, and youth.
   • We focus on the local community in Finland.
   • Finland has diverse needs, and our organization can make a significant impact here.
   • Biggest Challenge: overcoming cultural norms, resource constraints, and systemic barriers.
2. Possible Partners:
   • Local NGOs: Collaborate with organizations like Women’s Support Center and Youth Empowerment Network.
   • National NGOs: Engage with Finnish Women’s Association and Save the Children Finland.
   • International NGOs: Explore partnerships with UN Women and Plan International.
   • Interviews: Conduct interviews with these NGOs to learn from their experiences and best practices.
3. Possible Solutions:
   • Mentorship Programs:
     • Pair experienced women with aspiring entrepreneurs.
     • Provide guidance, networking opportunities, and skill-building.
   • Education Workshops:
     • Organize workshops on financial literacy, vocational training, and digital skills.
     • Empower children and youth through education.
   • Advocacy and Awareness:
     • Advocate for policy changes to promote gender equality.
     • Raise awareness about women’s rights and child protection.
   • Resource Mobilization:
     • Seek funding from grants, corporate sponsors, and individual donors.
     • Collaborate with local businesses for in-kind support.
4. After Implementation:
   • Women, children, and youth in Uusimaa will have improved access to education, mentorship, and resources.
   • Gender disparities will decrease, and the community will be more empowered and informed.
