We aim to help you find your working life, studies, or entrepreneurship path. Our support helps you in different life situations and contributes to achieving your personal career goals.
We offer personalised support and guidance based on individual coaching. The coaching will cover topics according to your needs, such as CV and job applications, Job and education search, Identifying your skills, Job search pathways and hidden jobs, Networking and self-branding, work-life skills, and professional mobility.
The job coaching lasts up to 6 months, and the meetings are individually arranged. The work is based on 1.5-2 hours per month, but the frequency of meetings can be adjusted according to your needs.
We have solid experience and a diverse team to help you find employment, training or a career path that suits you. Our main goal is to help you believe in yourself and succeed in the world of work.
Our coaching locations are all over Finland. You can meet face-to-face or remotely (e.g. Teams, Skype, WhatsApp).
